By subscribing to our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this refund policy.

2. Subscription Service Refunds

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions to our premium services:

  • Eligibility: First-time subscribers to MenuTune premium plans
  • Time Limit: Request must be made within 14 days of initial subscription
  • Condition: Account must not have violated our Terms of Service
  • Processing: Refunds processed within 5-7 business days to original payment method

Monthly Subscriptions

For monthly subscription plans:

  • Refunds available within 14 days of billing date for new subscribers
  • Pro-rated refunds not available for partial month usage
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of current billing period
  • No refund for final month when canceling recurring subscription

Annual Subscriptions

For annual subscription plans:

  • Full refund available within 14 days of initial purchase
  • After 14 days, pro-rated refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis
  • Refund amount calculated based on unused months remaining
  • Minimum 30-day usage fee applies for refunds after 14-day period

3. Premium Theme and Add-on Refunds

Premium Theme Purchases

Refunds for premium theme purchases are subject to the following conditions:

  • Time Limit: 14 days from purchase date
  • Usage Condition: Theme must not have been actively used for live restaurant
  • Customization: Themes with significant customizations may not be eligible
  • Technical Issues: Full refund if theme has unresolvable technical problems

Add-on Services

For additional services and features:

  • Custom development work: No refund once work has commenced
  • Additional storage: Refunds available within 7 days if unused
  • Premium support: Pro-rated refunds for unused support credits
  • Integration services: Refunds available if integration fails to work as promised

4. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are generally not eligible for refunds:

Service Usage

  • Services used beyond the 14-day refund period
  • Bandwidth and hosting services already consumed
  • Payment processing fees charged by third-party processors
  • Domain registration fees (managed by third-party registrars)

Policy Violations

  • Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations
  • Services cancelled due to fraudulent activity
  • Subscriptions with chargebacks or payment disputes
  • Accounts suspended for inappropriate content or behavior

Completed Services

  • Custom design work already delivered and approved
  • Menu photography services after photo delivery
  • Training sessions that have been completed
  • Data migration services after successful completion

  • Credit Card Refunds: 5-7 business days
  • PayPal Refunds: 3-5 business days
  • Bank Transfer Refunds: 7-10 business days

6. Special Circumstances

Technical Issues

We may provide refunds outside our standard policy for:

  • Significant service outages affecting your business operations
  • Technical problems that cannot be resolved within 7 days
  • Features that don't work as advertised or promised

Emergency Situations

Upgrade and Downgrade Policies

  • Upgrades: Pro-rated billing for remaining billing period
  • Downgrades: Service level changes at next billing cycle
  • Credits: Unused portions applied as account credits
  • Immediate Changes: Available for annual subscribers

7. Dispute Resolution

Internal Resolution

Before initiating chargebacks or disputes with your payment provider:

  • Consider alternative resolutions like account credits or service extensions

Chargeback Policy

Chargebacks initiated without first contacting our support team may result in:

  • Additional processing fees charged to your account
  • Restriction of future refund eligibility

Alternative Dispute Resolution
